All of our products are made from apple and pear varieties that are carefully selected from traditional orchards of tall trees in a protected area of controlled production (AOC).

After letting it age for 3 years in oak barrels, this Calvados still offers all of the vigor and freshness of a young spirit.  Its green apple aromas are still very present and reveal all their flavor in your cocktails and sorbets.  It’s an  expression of pure apple!

After slowly maturing in oak barrels for at least 20 years, this Calvados has a magnificent amber coloring. The taste of this grand liquor at the right temperature will let it release all its aromas and seduce you.  This is our best-in-Class!

Brut de fût se dit d'un Calvados non réduit et mis en bouteille au degrés naturel lors de la vidange du fût. Cette méthode permet la préservation optimal de son profil aromatique.

Issus d'un assemblage de Calvados Pays d'auge de 30 années minimum, il dispose d'un corps rond et lisse qui développe des saveurs riches et fruitées. Brut de pomme!

Our “Poiré”, or Pear Cider, is produced from three varieties of pears that come from multi centennial orchards.  It is known it’s the fresh and refined taste.  As with the cider, our Poiré is lightly filtered and  bottled to develop its fine natural gas.  It is excellent to drink with any sea food.

Brut, Demi-sec et Doux

Our cider is produced from no less than 20 different varieties of apples.  This gives it a very nice balance between the sweet, bitter and acidic varieties.  After a fermentation process that is modified in its length to produce the “brut”, “demi-sec” and “doux” varieties, and a light filtration, it is bottled in order to naturally develop its own natural gas.  This gives it the fine bubbles that we are known for.

This product is the result of the subtle marriage of freshly pressed apple cider and Calvados that has been aged for one year.  Afterward, it is aged in oak barrels for several years, where the flavor will be transformed to result in a finished product with a smooth harmonious taste filled with aromas.  It’s the “aperitif,” or before dinner drink, par excellence from Normandy.
